Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” – Only Waste Arjan LTD, registered in England & Wales, company no. 13683499, licensed waste carrier no. CBDU-555291, contact +44 7488 458 138, arjan_qosja@hotmail.com.

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your” – any individual or business booking our services.

  • “Services” – domestic waste removal, garden clearance, and small-scale tree cutting as described on this website (onlywastearjan.com).

Scope of Services

We remove non-hazardous household and garden waste, trim or fell trees, and dispose of all debris at licensed facilities. We reserve the right to decline items classified as hazardous (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, tyres) or jobs exceeding our tree-surgery limits.

Consultations & Quotations

  • Free consultations: all on-site or photo/video assessments are free of charge.

  • Quotes are issued in writing (SMS, e-mail, or Facebook) and remain valid for 14 days.

Pricing & Payments

  • A 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking; the remaining 50 % is due immediately on completion.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or card.

  • Any additional waste, distance, or labour not visible at quotation will be priced and agreed before work continues.

Booking, Access & Cancellations

  • You must ensure safe access, suitable parking for our van, and arrange any council permits.

  • Cancellation fees:

    • > 48 hrs’ notice: full refund of any deposit.

    • 24–48 hrs: 25 % of the full quoted fee retained.

    • < 24 hrs / no-show: 50 % of the full quoted fee retained (covers scheduled labour).

Liability

We hold £1 million public liability insurance. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural damage or underground utilities not disclosed to us.

  • Indirect or consequential loss (e.g. lost profits).
    Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Waste Transfer Notes

A Waste Transfer Note can be supplied (digital or paper) on request, proving compliant disposal under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

Complaints

E-mail arjan_qosja@hotmail.com within 7 days of service. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days; unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman or the courts of England & Wales.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

REFUNDS POLICY

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposit refunds follow the cancellation timetable in Section 5 of our Terms.

  • If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational issues and cannot reschedule within 5 working days, we refund 100 % of any amount paid.

​​

Service Shortfall

Notify us within 48 hrs (with photos) if you believe work is incomplete. We will:

  1. Return within 7 days to finish the job at no extra cost; or

  2. Offer a partial refund proportional to the outstanding work, agreed in writing.

​​

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.

​

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Council permits, disposal fees, or third-party hire (skips, equipment) already incurred.

  • Special-order items purchased specifically for your job.​​​
